Data we process
- Account: email, password hash (bcrypt) or Google sign-in identifier, Terms
  acceptance, and the IP from which the email was verified
- API keys: SHA-256 hash and a display prefix, never the raw key
- Usage: model, token counts, cost, latency, status, timestamps, request ids
- Billing: credit ledger; when you pay by card, payment-processor customer,
  session and invoice references
- Support messages you send us

Data we do not store
API requests are proxied to the inference backend. Prompt and completion
content is not written to our database. Card numbers are handled by the
payment processor and never reach our servers. Playground conversations and
queued batch jobs are stored only while you keep them, and are deletable.

Cookies and local storage
Visiting without signing in does not set cookies. Your browser may keep a
local theme preference (ik-theme) so the page does not flash on reload; that
value never leaves your device.
- ik_session: keeps you signed in. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax. 30 days.
- ik_oauth_state: Google sign-in CSRF protection. 10 minutes.

We use no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

Your rights
From the dashboard you can export your data as JSON and delete your account
at any time. Email support@inferakliv.com to access, correct, or delete your
information. You may complain to a relevant privacy or data-protection regulator.

Encrypted GitHub database dumps are optional and only run when that job is
configured.
